Well this is my 3rd car from Trade Centre, I had to trade it in as i needed to get a wheel chair in the back so Dean our salesman who was very good bent over backwards to make sure we had the right car for what we wanted to do, We did look at other garages but we always have a good deal here and there is so much to choose from and are all nice and clean. All i would say is that they could do with a disabled scooter,But over all we are very happy!

I came along today, not expecting to drive away but I am, so I’m really, really pleased. The sales guys have been absolutely brilliant, there’s been no problem, straight in, straight out. Brilliant!The Prices are very competitive here, we've been to a few other places a bit more expensive for the same sort of things, so really pleased with the price and the Service.
As we are local we always here the radio ads with Trevor and when it was time to change our car where else could we go but Trade Centre so we decided to pay them a visit. We are more than happy with the service we have received and look forward to coming back one day in the future.

We was a little disappointed there was only one key with the car but they did explain the reasons why. Over all we are very pleased.

This is the first time me and wife have been to Trade Centre and we have been very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how we were treated. My wife wanted a small car for a run around and James our salesman was a great help especially with all the details on what to go for with regards to cheap tax. I'm sure one day we will back and we have no problems with telling our friends.

This was our first time we had been to Trade Centre Wales and found it very good, No Pressure, All the cars are presented well, We found the play area very handy as our children could play in safe place while Darren Morgan who was very good in helping us find the right car.The only thing they could possibly improve on is a longer test drive and a sign on the roundabout coming off the M4 but overall we have been very impressed.

Having seen the lotus on Auto trader i Emailed the Trade Centre Wales for further details, Byron who was my point of contact got me further pictures and gave me all the details we needed, he was great in keeping us informed about the car. Having put a deposit on the car as we live in Northumberland we decided to look at the car over the weekend, as it was raining Byron pulled the car in under cover and got the car dried off for us to inspect the paint work which was great, Having test drove the car we decided to buy it. I have been to Trade Centre on several occasions but this is the first time i have bought only because i have been with my family or friends and they have all had good experiences. I had a good deal, no pressure! And hassle free. All the staff is friendly and helpful, No faults what so ever. Very Happy!
Claire was over the moon, This is my 2nd car from Trade Centre Wales and what a nice surprise it was to also find out that I had won a £100, The good thing about trade centre is that you are greeted very professionally when you walk in and left to wonder at your leisure, I don’t like it when salesmen are all over you. I don’t change my car that often but when I do I will be coming back.
Having been to other local car garages we then decided to visit Trade Centre Wales as it is only down the road, having seen the car we wanted in another garage we knew what we wanted and there was one in Trade Centre but for a lower price! We were especially happy with the professional manner of everyone involved in our car buying experience, we will definitely recommend.
We came to Trade Centre Wales because as I drive around a lot with my job I’ve got “Trevor” constantly reminding me what deals they have on. I can’t believe they’ve got him rapping!!! I told my wife we could do with changing our Vauxhall Astra for a new model so we came down and unbelievably they have managed to do it all in the same day, They let us walk around at our own leisure, checked if we need ant assistance and found us a new model . The service is great! The presentation of the cars are immaculate and they made sure everything was explained before we signed any paperwork, Really happy with our experience at Trade Centre and would definitely recommend a friend.

We came to trade Centre Wales as we always hear the funny adverts on the radio as my partner loves “Trevor”
This was my second visit as the first time i came with my friend and lee the salesman greeted us and made us feel both at ease and very welcome as some garages put too much pressure on you especially if you are girl if you know what i mean, I fancied a Peugeot 207 and came back with my partner who Richard who sold us the car was a great help, I part exchanged my ford Ka as i wanted something a bit bigger and more economical as the 207 is a diesel. Over all we are very pleased with what we have seen, the presentation of cars and how friendly the staff are great and would definitely recommend our friends and family.
When arriving at The Trade Centre Wales we were professionally greeted by a Sales Executive who let us browse the stock in our own time which we found to be a refreshing change from the usual pressured sales in car garages. We quickly found a vehicle that suited our needs and were dealt with straight away, the whole process from viewing the car to the collections was professional and quick. The presentation of the vehicles and the site itself is fantastic and was pleasure to browse round! We would certainly recommend a friend!
I always find Trade Centre Wales Great! Very friendly, it was raining the day i purchased my new Peugeot 207cc and my salesman made sure i had an umbrella which was thoughtful as most garages don’t care if you get wet. It’s a very simple and easy process, Brett and the collections team are fantastic and make sure everything is taken care of with all my paperwork. This is my fourth car from trade Centre Wales and i will be back.
What a Fantastic surprise! I had a phone call out of the blue telling me congratulations you’ve won this month’s prize draw, This is my fifth or sixth car from trade centre Wales, me and my husband always get great service from them, We always find the staff very friendly and we’ve recommended them to quite a few of our family and friends and they have all bought cars to. Paul and Gavin have been great!!

This is what she had to say “I got the sticker from a shop in town, and sent in the details, as i listen to Nation radio on the way to work every day i could not believe it when they called my name out and had to pull over in the hard shoulder with excitement. When i asked Angela what she would do with her £1000 winnings? She said “She is going to treat herself and some friends to dinner and some wine and then keep the rest for some spending money for her family holiday to Cuba, I’m thrilled to bit’s!! Mr and Mrs Bates from blackwood had this to say: We are over the moon winning the £100, totally unexpected as we forgot we had entered “a great surprise”. This is the third people carrier we have bought from the trade centre Wales as we run our own Taekwondo Team and it’s a’ lot cheaper than running two cars now. Our salesman Darren Morgan has been great every time, He knows exactly what we want as soon as he see us it’s always “How are you! You know where to go, mpvs are around the back!” We find that in some garages the salesman are always on your back, but at the trade centre the salesmen always greet you very professionally when you walk in and let you wander at your leisure., So the next time we want to change our car there is only one place we go. I am writing to thank you for the excellent service my husband and I received when we came to buy a car for me. At no time did anyone put any pressure on us. The salesmen we had (Darren Thomas) we also cannot thank enough, he was a true gentleman at all times and went out of his way to help us. Throughout the whole process of picking the car getting finance then picking it up everyone did things in a very professional way. We will recommend your company to our family and friends looking for a car. And when we look to change our cars again we will back!
Having seen the car i wanted online, I popped down to their showroom which isn’t that fare from where i live and found the service in Trade Centre Wales very helpful. I had all my questions answered plain and simple just the way I’d expect. I am very happy with the car I purchased and would have no reason for anyone else not to consider this company. There was no fuss over paper work and I was treated with the respect I’d expect. Overall I am very pleased with the service and i have won £100 in their prize draw. What a bonus!!
It took all of 20 Minutes to purchase my new car when I went to Trade Centre Wales after reading some reviews I checked out there new website found the car I liked and found it very easy to use and informative especially when it came to finding out how much the tax cost. The staff were very friendly. I've got a lovely new car and the process was quick and easy. 8/10
Gavin Powell our Salesman was excellent, very helpful indeed. There was such a good choice it was brilliant for him to be on hand to help us choose our car. It took probably an hour to finalise everything after choosing our car and then we were out the door. The whole service was excellent. After how smooth everything went we will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

I have always had great satisfaction on all my purchases from The Trade Centre Wales. I have bought 7 Cars in total- 4 this year alone. I always deal with either Gavin or Paul Morris, they are great lads. There is never any high pressure sales and they are always very helpful and friendly. Their after sales service is second to none. This is my 3rd and 4th car from Trade centre Wales, We used the new web site which gives you pictures and video and is very informative and easy to use, when we came down Darren Morgan was our salesman and is very helpful. We part exchanged our two Ford Galaxy’s for two new Ford C-max’s and it only took around an hour to purchase both cars, as we had already seen both cars on the website. 10/10.
Trade Centre Wales is the only place I will deal with, I have looked and shopped around, but I've always bought from this company and always deal with Brett the salesman. I must have bought 15 cars from them over the years. They are always fair and give me a good deal, that's why I keep going back!
My Wife heard the advert on Real Radio regarding The 08 Vauxhall Zafira for £3999 “at that price?” We had a search on their web site which was very easy to use, So as we needed a change anyway, we went straight down the next morning and bought it, No fuss! No waiting! Great service!
