The Trade Centre Wales has donated £2000 to charity event at Langland Golf Club in remembrance of golf pro, Mark Evans, who worked at Langland Bay Golf Club for over 20 years. The event raised money for Tŷ Bryngwyn, a Designated Centre of Excellence, providing specialist palliative care for the community of Carmarthenshire, and also the family of Mark Evans.

The Trade Centre Wales has donated £1500 to Maggie’s annual Gala Dinner, hosted by Chairman Blanche Sainsbury. Swansea based cancer charity, Maggie’s, provides free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer. The support will help cover costs associated with the running of the event meaning that anything made on the evening will go straight back into Maggie’s.

South Wales’ largest used car showroom donates £1150 towards rugby kits for Cardiff-based, St Albans RFC in preparation for the clubs 125th anniversary. St Albans Rugby Football Club is a community club with eight teams across both senior and junior leagues, increasing to nine in the new season. The funding will be used towards 26 new kits for the senior team which will see the club revert to the traditional playing kit of black and amber stripes.

English Middleweight boxing champion, Darryll Williams receives training sponsorship through South Wales' leading used car retailer, The Trade Centre Wales. The London-born boxer, who has relocated to Swansea will be defending his championship title later this month. The Trade Centre Wales sponsored the undefeated champion by donating funding towards a comprehensive 12 month training plan with AJM Boxing.
